RESEARCH SCIENTIST  (Full-Time/Regular)

Job Summary:

The Research Scientist is a key member of the Lab operation department which reports to the Lab Operations Director. The position is responsible for immuno-assay development, including method development and trouble shooting.

Essential Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical reviews of analytical data, methods
  • Plan and direct development of quantitative immunoassays
  • Plan and direct development of anti-drug antibody immunoassays
  • Interact with clients, involved in assay design
  • Assist business development in the preparation of proposals.
  • Perform work in an environment requiring rapid turn-around times and high levels of versatility.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:

  • Master's degree or doctorate in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of FDA and other regulatory guidelines for pharmacokinetic and ADA assays
  • Cell culture experience is a plus
  • Ability to accurately interpret and communicate scientific and organizational information with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to produce high quality data while working under the pressure of strict deadlines.
  • Overtime and weekend work as required.
  • Work may require the use of PPE (personal protective equipment).

Sales and Business Development Manager/Representative (Full-Time/Regular)

Job Summary :

The individual will be part of sales and BD team. The primary responsibility will be selling our products in the State of California. The main clients include the pharmaceutical companies, biotech companies, CROs, clinical laboratory, and academic labs.

The position is responsible for generating and pursuing new clients, as well as increasing from the company’s existing client base in the assigned territory. The position will also be extensively involved in building customer relationships and providing support, both technical support and other support, to her/his clients.

The position will also be responsible for identification and pursuit of collaboration opportunities, through which the company may acquire new technologies and new business assets.

Essential Position Responsibilities:

  • All sales activity in the territory through customer facing visits, presentations, phone and e-mail as appropriate.
  • Work with the director of the sales (US) to develop and execute a territory sales plan.
  • Extending relationship with existing customers.
  • Provide technical support to the customers.
  • Work collaboratively within the Inside sales (CS team), Product Development team, and Marketing teams.
  • Attend tradeshows, both local and international, and networking events as necessary.
  • Ability to travel within the territory 40-50% of the time

Additional Requirements:

  • Have a good understanding of biologic drug discovery and/or diagnostics and the technologies, products and services that serve the field
  • Master degree or above in biomedical disciplines is preferred.
  • Relevant working experience is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong Communication Skills

Product Manager (Full-time)

 

Job Location: Beijing, China

 

Essential Position Responsibilities:

  1. Be part of the team developing and implementing overall marketing strategy and product development plan.
  2. Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop GTM strategy and draft marketing materials.
  3. Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop new business opportunities.
  4. Work with the R&D/production departments to help implement product design, R&D, and QC solutions.
  5. Provide technical support to the customers.
  6. Work with other relevant departments to achieve the overall sales goal of the company.

 

Skill required:

  1. A Ph.D. degree in relevant disciplines from a US based institution.
  2. Prior working experience in bio-industry is preferred.
  3. Fluent in English.
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Self-motivated.
